I do know however, that the state of California has demanded the law that Mcdonalds must post a black plaque outside of their business establishments that state that their ingredients cause cancer. If you are really concerned about the quality of your food, I wouldn't eat them. But if you have an otherwise healthy diet and want to have an order of McNuggets they won't kill or even hurt you, you have to eat shit like that constantly for it to have an effect.
