I'm not a fan of jews in general, but they do have some delicious food.
My ex girlfriend was a jew, and her mom made these 'matzo ball' things that were the SHIT.
It was like this giant meatball in some sort of soup.

There are different types of Jews who eat different types of food.
Ashkenazi cuisine is the fucking worst. Italki and Beta Israeli cuisines are the best. Sephardi/Romaniote and Mizrahi cuisines are second.
When Americans think "Jewish food" they think Ashkenazi cuisine. Other than bagels, smoked fish, and corned brisket, nearly everything Ashkenazi is fuckawful.
Italki Jews eat a lot of stoccafisso and will use chicken in recipes where pork is traditional. Some Italki Jews don't hold the same Rabbinical ban on meat and dairy as Ashkenazim and Sephardim do. To them, dairy is fine with poultry. So something like... chicken ragù (rather than pork) is fine to consume with grated cheese on top, so long as the cheese was not made using rennet. For this reason, many Italki Jews don't eat cheese at all because many (if not most) Italian cheeses are made with animal rennet. I don't know if the English-speaking world has rennet of other sorts, but we have animal, vegetable and microbial rennets in Italy, available even in supermarkets. Many observant Italki either find cheesemakers that use non-animal rennets or or make their own cheeses with store-bought non-animal rennets.
