That's just oil. Real chocolate contains actual cocoa solids. White chocolate may taste all right, it's really a subjective thing, but its lack of the solid matter disqualifies it from actually being chocolate.

You aware that 9ct gold is actually a little over a third gold and the rest is copper, nickel and other metals? And yet virtually nobody has any problem with it being called gold. Your standard mass-market milk chocolate has far lower levels of cocoa solids than one third.
