It looks like he diced up some breasts into random shapes. He also didn't fry with bone. His breading didn't get that nice golden flakiness either. Looks like it would just be doughy as opposed to crunchy. Too top it all off he made a random tomato flower

If I'm not mistaken, it looks like there are two wing segments in there, at least. Most, if not all, are nearly certainly boneless pieces, I'll give you that.

Odd, I think it looks crunchy. Looks like the same sort of crunchy chicken I fry up, though admittedly, I've never dreamt of frying up boneless breast. I can't say for certain what he did, but it doesn't look too different from my crunchy, crunchy chx.
