Qdoba. I'm not a vegetarian but when it comes to Mexican food, I prefer to load up on fajita style veggies and cheese.Basically all I get at any of those places is a veggie quesadilla. Qdoba's cheese and guac are superior. It might be the two locations I'm close to, but Qdoba's fajitas veggies are also tastier.
