I came into possession of 4 chicken breasts. The thing is I never eat breasts because they are dry and flavorless as fuck. Solely for the sake of not wasting them, I baked them (I didn't overcook them, trust me) but I just can't eat this shit plain. I need to drench it in some sort of sauce.

What easy preparation to eat cooked chicken breast with? (large amount of sauce)

>dry and flavourless
you overcooked them.

>I didn't overcook them, trust me
they're dry. you overcooked them.

If you want them to stay moist, you should try steaming them in one of those bags you can put in the oven... You can also add herbs and spices for flavor in them. Like some Paprika, chili powder, garlic. Whatever suits your tastes, really..

is right..

I know how chicken breasts are supposed to be. Even the perfect chicken breasts offer little more than mere texture

if you knew how chicken breasts were supposed to be, you'd know that a dry chicken breast is an overcooked chicken breast.
i really can't trust you on this one, bruv.

You could wrap them in bacon and make some sauce to go with it.

oh my fuckin god... it wasn't even actually dry. I just said it to make it more apparent how unappetizing I found chicken breast all together... Now, do you have any suggestions?

put cheese and ham, roll with eggs and oatmeal then fry or bake.

Nigga it's not supposed to be dry you're just retarded.

Use that green tabasco sauce on the finished product along with mixed veggies and scrambled eggs and tomato soup for maximum gains.

Cook it in Texas Pete..
or just get a cup of bbq sauce for dipping afterwords...

>> No.5096976

Put them in a zip lock bag and beat them with a mallet or saucepan to tenderize.

Put them in a different zip lock bag with soy sauce and grated ginger root, mix around with your hands seal the bag and put in the fridge for an hour.

Cook in frying pan for 3 minutes a side depending on thickness.

Make some white rice and steamed broccoli and you have a decent and simple meal, the rice helps to balance out the saltiness of the chicken

Get the breasts on the bone. Chicken should not be flavourless. Cook it on the bone, crisp the skin nicely, and it should have plenty of taste.

Anyway, there are plenty of nice chicken dishes. Bake some cheese onto them. Bake them with bacon and serve with a cream mushroom sauce.

Just think of some flavours that go together, make a sauce, and serve. Chicken is flavourful but it's doesn't conflict with much.

Poach them next time, then shop and fry in a sauce.
Old, tough, dry chicken needs extra care and attention, and a bit of help in the moisture department.

If you insist on baking them again then do it en papillote, which is to wrap it in a package of baking paper with some vegetables, herbs, lemon, whatever.

Still doesnt make any sense as recipe guidance, and tomato soup is half salt so as fitness guidance its shit. Is he saying to put stuffed chicken breasts onto eggs and veggies then pour low grade hot sauce and tomato soup on it? That sounds like shit.

You THINK you know how chicken breasts are supposed to be. You THINK that your cooking technique means they're not dry, because it seems normal to you. But they are dry.

You're doing what all of my family do - because they're used to overcooking food, they think that overcooked food is the norm. I only realised that my mother's chicken was dry once I started cooking for myself.

Trust us, if the chicken wasn't tasty, it was overcooked. Properly-cooked chicken sort of tastes like eggs. You should only bake a chicken breast for 11-12 minutes. Any longer, and it gets dry.

the thing is, "supposed to be" is relative. raw chicken in the united states is basically a bioweapon. american factory farms are filthy and the meat has to be hosed down at the slaughterhouse with powerful antimicrobial chemicals just so it doesn't break down before it gets to the consumer. then the consumer needs to nuke every surface that came within 30 feet of the chicken using bleach, and burn the meat to a lifeless husk just so that it's safe to eat.

in countries where chicken is no less safe than any other animal, moist chicken is the norm.

k ... k... STOP. RAPING. THE. CHICKEN.

YOU NEED:
Chicken breast,
Tajine ( like peanut butter, just made from sesame)
Sesame
Salt and Pepper

Sauce:
Apple juice
Mangos

YOU GET:
DELICIOUS MEAL

Procedure:
Take the chicken breast, season, and put it in a pan for 30-45 sec, until it turns white -> sealing the pores so it wont get dry when BAKED (duh, baking chicken breast w/o sealing pores)
Take tajine and put on one side of chicken breast. Apply sesame and put in a oven-proof pan, seasame side up.
put in oven for 10-12 mins at 200°C.

In the meantime: slice mango in cubes, put in pan and apply apple juice. continue applying apple juice till mango is broken down to nearly liquid state. let simmer and take of heat.

rice + mangochutney + sesame chicken = delicious
