ITT: We share recipe secrets that have no worldly business being as delicious as they are.

When frying fish or chicken, skip any milk or egg you may use, instead wet the meat in plain yellow mustard before the breading.

amber moon cocktail: tobasco sauce, raw egg, whiskey. add worcestershire sauce to taste

it shouldn't be good, but it do. I don't even like any of those ingredients, and I usually fucking hate whiskey

OP, I hate to tell you this, but there's a classic french recipe for chicken diable that uses mustard in the baste before breading. But you are correct, it is delicious.

Mix some onion soup mix with some French dressing and marmalade. Spread generously on a chicken and roast it.

It sounds crazy, I know, but it's legit.

I make delicious fluffy well done eggs with no runny bits.

Undercooked egg is the most unappetizing thing for me. Soft-boiled, poached, creamy eggs, or anything like that.
