That looks pretty tasty, OP. Especially them potaters. I'm not having dinner for another couple hours, but I'm going to make a masala burger with tomato and asparagus and au gratin potatoes on the side.

I picked the biggest parsley shoot from our plant, but the portion isn't too big either. I save myself for the new years feast tomorrow.

Thanks! Marsala burger sounds interesting, do you season the meat?

Looks great, kudos on the pickled onions, only thing it's it's quite a small serving
Is this more of a snack/beer accompaniment than a meal?

Sorry, but those herbs look like a huge spider with long thin legs.

It really was, I made myself another little sandwich but I'm trying not to eat too much because I know I will go way over the edge tomorrow. We'll have raclette.

It's 2 sprigs of thyme. I tied them together and removed it from the chili when it was done...

My last meal before the feast... The last pair of christmas saussages. They're a oberpfälzer specialty, greicherte broudwürscht (smoked brats). There is no saussage better on earth, believe me. They are so badass they have to be boiled(!) for 10 minutes.

Anyways I wish you a nice slide into 2014 /ck/. Have fun!
