Just had the Veggie Delite from Subways. Now I was a bit surprised at how good it tasted. All of the veggies went well together and it actually got me quite full.

Price wise, I was a bit too much at $5.00. The presentation looked nothing like the picture, the vegetables were all over the place and some of it was falling out of the sub.

Overall I would not buy it again unless if the price was reduced. If I magically turned into a vegan I would probably eat this every day though.

anyways, /ck/ whats your favorite sub from subways? Mines would probably have to be the classic BLT.

With $5 I could probably buy all of the ingredients needed for the veggie delight and make at least 3

None, subway is dogshit. Their bread sucks, the veggies are limp and lifeless, and the meat is so bland that ham can barely be distinguished from turkey or beef.

>> No.5019908

Subway is really the only fast-food place I ever eat at. It's always a better deal to get deli shit from a grocery store (the lines are often shorter too during the day) if I need a quick meal. Healthier too.

I always get the Oven Roasted Chicken with maximum vegetables and it's good enough for lunch.

$5.00 is a bargain, they are 8$ here in Alaska.

Weightless cloud bread, lowest tier veggies, and the meats are so bland you can't tell them apart from each other. How something so tasteless can pack so much sodium remains a mystery.

That being said if I HAD to eat at subway I'd go with that spicy Italian one. Its got some flavor at least.

Here's how this goes: You start an advertising thread, and we posts reasons why the food sucks, and places that we actually patronize rather than deal with shitshacks like your client.

Example: The only thing I hate worse than Subway's food is the smell that infests the 4 blocks surrounding the "restaurant." If I absolutely must have a sandwich, fast, I get a #14 from Jimmy John's.

Where might I get such a glorious thing, anon? I'm a hardline, ahem, history buff ahem and would very much like a burger that pays homage to mr. Himmler.

Eugh, I totally agree. That fucking smell. There's a strip mall near my house with a subway right in the middle of it, and every single fucking store in the strip mall smells like a Subway.

Get a load of the Goebbels bacon cheeseburger, shit looks cash as fuck.

a bmt, extra chesse. ltm. green ( bell) peppers black olives and banana peppers oil and vinegar. I don't go to subway that often here is a dirty little secret' I only order that after have given blood. I think 14 times since '82. not a very good track record since I required 3 in 2012. o+, common as dirt. and not a promotional or afilliated with subway. just me. if it's hot, and been mowing the grass I might get a tuna with letuce and mayo. or in colder months a half- well whole meatball ( you only get 8 the size of a golf ball any way, maybe 8 oz and double chese ( round here subway standard might be an oz). around here there are some good ones and a few really bad ones. the quality is so inconsistent that if out of town( on the road) I usually won't eat there. I guess it depends on the owner/manager. and not a racial thing around here some Indian( the nation not native american) some Greek heritage, some Afro american and some white some are good some are bad. almost invariably those with competition from other places are better. the ones that stand alone usually suck. imho

Maybe at the ones you go to, but the ones we have here are actually really crisp and fresh tasting.
