Why my sister thought it was ever a good idea to step foot in a fucking kitchen is beyond me. She is completely batshit retarded when it comes to cooking.

My first attempt at making homemade pizza alone. Normally I've had friends who dealt with dough and shit, but not this time.

Topped it with green peppers and tomatoes that I fried with oregano and garlic salt, and, of course, pepperoni.

Shitty phone camera kinda makes things look a little off-color, I promise the sauce is red, not pink.

The thing about dough is that it's not that complicated.
200g flour
1pckg dry yeast (I don't know if it is called the same everywhere)
some olive oil
water
Put the flour in a bowl and add the yeast. Stir for a bit and while working the mixture add some water until you have a nice dough. It should be easy to rip apart and not too sticky. Then add some olive oil and keep working the dough. Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for half an hour in a warm place for half an hour. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and put some sauce on that bitch. Then add other ingredients and you are good to go.
Protip: Add a little olive oil and oregano when the piza is ready to serve.
Have fun.

Made methi chicken curry pretty much freestyle.

Was very surprised when I looked up a few recipes and saw it's actually made almost the way I did.

My curries are much better than my phone's camera!

>> No.4965330

I made grilled salmon, tzatziki, and roasted sweet potatoes for dinner last night.

I just had a salmon omelette with the leftovers.

I've been mentally unstable and insatiably hungry for the past week or so, so I'm trying to buy and eat relatively healthy stuff. If there was trash food in the house I would gain so much weight.
