What's for dinner /ck/ooks? I grilled a rib eye, baked a potato, and sautéed some Brussels sprouts w/ bacon and onion.

I'm drinking today so after 1L of beer at around 3:30pm I made a stir fry with beef, garlic and onion marinated in pineapple teriyaki sauce then I pan fried it up with some broccoli, green bean, and celery. It was decent. I guess for diner I'm having:
50mL Bicardi Limon
50mL 99 Bananas
50mL 99 Cinnamon
50mL 99 Watermelons
and about 600mL of Sake.

I have 4 bananas that I plan on eating later while I'm drunk.

I made schnitzel, egg noodles with cheese, and red cabbage. Took a terribad picture, but it tasted great. Nice comfort food.

Made a philly cheesesteak, this was my first attempt at one and it was pretty good. I will have to cut the meat thinner next time, but I have 10 lbs to practice with. I should get pretty good at it.

A steak with some char, especially around the fatty parts is delicious. It is even better when it is still rare. OP I can just smell the steak now and I crave it.

Tri tip, tried a meat tenderizer and pepper mix, on a grill pan.
Topped with personally gathered chanterelle mushrooms cooked with garlic, shallots, cream and chicken stock.

Miso and broccoli side dishes not pictured. It was a decent dinner.

I should have marinated the tri tip with the tenderizer overnight or at least started it this morning, and only done half of the steak that way to compare, but oh well.
