not even close to dinner for me. last night I did a beer cooler sous vide on a ribeye for shits and giggles, was pretty good but getting the water to the right temp took some doing at first. probably won't bother again unless it's to impress visitors.

Making stew with pork, apple, cider, potatoes, carrots and onions. Not sure if I should put any herbs or seasonings in or if the cider will be enough.

cider would be enough imo.

I'm in between shops, so I don't have much.

I cooked some noodles with a handful of veg, made a super trashy sauce out of chicken stock, soy sauce, chilli sauce, lemon pepper and dried basil. Then I fried two eggs runny.

I drained the noodles, tossed them in sauce, put the eggs on top, cut them up and mixed the lot. It was okay, I think it could have used garlic.

Some of the chili I'd made that was in the freezer, couldn't be bothered to cook for real. The chili had quinoa, corn and beans as well as different types of chili peppers (cayenne, Spanish pepper, ancho, black pepper). It was good. I used some store-brand smoky 'murican BBQ sauce, wanted chipotle sauce but couldn't find it, should have used that instead. It was still good.

Not fecies, not even con carne, it could be a lot unhealthier.
It's just spaghetti in sugo with cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella on top, put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Was delicious, saving the other half for tomorrow.
