Does /ck/ prefer goats' milk over cows' milk for drinking and/or recipes? I prefer the taste for drinking, but I haven't thought of using it in any of my cooking.

Well that's like 7 minutes I'll never get back.

Anyway, for recipes and such, I generally just use cow's milk since, in my opinion, the difference is more negligible.

I raise goats, so take a wild guess.

if I didn't then I'd use cow milk, though, as it's much cheaper and they aren't really that different.

Goats are like people, they all have different personalities, some of them are friendly and enjoy a pat, some of them are angry and just ram and head butt, like humans they don't show their true colors until you enter their territory.

not that anon but goats are truly malevolent creatures.
a friend kept some. they broke into his house, pissed on all the beds, ate the couch and emptied all the ashtrays.

my parents 'rented' two dwarf goats for a few months, as a 'living lawnmower' (we got a big lawn, they are getting old)
of course they didn't know that
A - goats, unlike sheep, only eat the best part, and leave the rest - so no easy lawn mower
and
B - because they ate all the best parts in the fenced off area, they started going all houdini and escaping into the neighbourhood.

the male one was a fucking dick, always starting a fight, whenever you entered the area, for work or whatever - which wasn't a big problem, because as I said, they were dwarf goats, so not that big, but still surprisingly strong.
