Sup /ck/, anyone tried this? was gonna make it soon but replace the tomatoes with carrots because I hate tomatoes.
Also, just started my final year at Uni and I'm sick of eating the same frozen/uninspired/unhealthy crap, anyone got any stuff like this with ingredients that I don't have to spend hours scouring the supermarket for?

Don't cook parmigiano for extended periods of time and especially don't let it boil. It looks like a half-assed mornay sauce, in which case you should cook out the flour and butter to a dough ball before adding the milk, or it'll taste really floury. Also parmigiano/gruyere in a 50/50 mix I find is the perfect balance for a mornay sauce.

I think you'll find it a bit boring though. I tried something similar once and it turned out pretty meh.
