Creamed hamburger, a.k.a. SOS (shit on a shingle) in old army vernacular. Usually eaten on noodles, potatoes, bread, or some other carb, but meh, it's tasty enough on its own. (Well, with some vegetable sides...asparagus, broccoli, whatever). I'd think same with bolognese sauce...I mean if you're gonna do some wacked out quirky "no carb" diet, then you gotta get used to eating dishes in wacked out quirky ways.
