Doesn't look great. At first I was wondering "where is the fucking cheese?!", but I see they are using deep fried cheese for this. Kind of overkill (as if poutine isn't already, but this is just unnecessary). I'd try it. I really, really wish it didn't have the pico. That throws it off entirely, in my speculation of course. I don't see poutine as being an ... onion crunchy, pepper spicy, tomato.. piece-y, type of drunk-snack. Leave it out. I would try it right now though. Abomination of the true poutine form or not - I'd devour it anyway.

What's really awesome is deep fried pepper cheese chunks. Dip that in some type of sauce, it's awesome. A local diner sells them and has a really nice sauce that comes with it.
