Ramsey is actually a pretty harsh judge when he needs to be. I'd say he's pretty level headed though. He's said it himself that it's never personal when he hands out really harsh criticism. Bitch and moan about his personality being fake but the man has a fucking stellar work ethic and he demands quality because he knows you can't just get away with sub-par shit in the real world.
