What's your favorite kind of hot sauce? My favorite would have to be Blair's Golden Death Sauce, it's got great flavor and good heat.

I'm not a fire eater, hot head, whatever anymore, so I couldn't tell you. I always liked the hot sauces served in Mexican restaurants. Any really. Otherwise, Blair makes great sauces. Some are ridiculously expensive.

If I want hot food I'll prepare a dish that's meant to be hot, rather than soaking a perfectly good recipe in chili scented vinegar. Hot sauce is meant to be poured on shitty diner food at 4 am, there is no good reason to buy it for home use.
