Actually what you made is pretty damn similar to my go-to, drunken midnight meal.

If I don't have bacon I'll usually toss a couple of pieces of thinly sliced deli ham in the skillet as my egg(s) finish up. Add a slice of cheese or two, a dash of hot sauce, and you've got a great meal to soak up some of that alcohol.

It's even better when you have a leftover croissant or two that you can toast up to serve it on.

I went to ihop and got a short stack of pancakes

Looks yummy but the last time I had a midnight snack I woke up at like 3AM, staggered around my house in a nightmarish, blurry world where I pissed acid and puked into my bathroom sink, then fell onto bed. Fly was down too.

I didn't even like PB&J.

Coming from my whitetrash household, mayo on an egg sandwich wasn't even a question. It was as integral to the sandwich as the egg.

can I come over? I got a few bud hurricanes, but no bacon. I tried to make egg salad earlier, and did everything everyone says, even high altitude, about 3500 abs. I guess just a baked tomato and shredded cheese sandwich. vegetarian by happenstance. I guess I could fry the one fresh egg, but I think I have been rather hard on them of late. plus if i eat any more gd chicken I am going to cluck or spit feathers. Pardon me, I just had to say that.
