Any recommendations for a hot sauce that's better than Sriracha? I'm looking for something less mainstream and more exclusive, preferably batch made with a limited availability. I want my taste to be unique.

there's a housemade heritage recipe artisan sriracha made by two empowered wymyn in Brooklyn, I forget the name. look them up on etsy. should be easy to find.
