Your best recipes that I can be eating within the next 4-5 hours. GO! I'll contribute a couple of my standards in the meantime. Pic, as ever, is unrelated.

Peanut-sesame sauce for pasta or stir-fry:
>1 Tbsp sugar
>1 Tbsp soy sauce
>1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
--- stir that shit up to dissolve the sugar ---
>3 Tbsp peanut butter
> ~1/3 cup sesame oil
>Sriracha to taste
--- stir until saucy consistency ---

Good to toss into pasta with some simple blanched vegetables for a cheap/quick dinner, or (if you up the liquid ingredients a bit) as a sauce for stir-fry.

Almost forgot, serve with fresh squeezed lime juice on it, and sliced red onions with lime juice on them.
Bonus: sprinkle cilantro on top.

Eat on it's own, with mint chutney, or with naan bread.

The Chutney that accompanies the kebab above. There's a lot of bullshit recipes floating around that add shit like tomatos or sugar. This one's the real deal.

Fresh Mint-1 cup
Fresh Coriander-1 cup
Garlic clove-1
Green Chili or Jalapeño-1 seeded and chopped
Salt-to taste
Lemon Juice or tamarind paste -1 tbsp
Olive Oil-2 tbsp
water-1/4 cup or more if required

Bleand everything other than water. Add water slowly until the paste has a souplike consistency.

Man, if I had any idea what the hell fenugreek leaves were, and if I could find garam masala worth a damn near here, I would totally make that. Alas. Sorry I was out and about for a while. Didn't expect the thread to still be here, honestly.
