I had a honey ginger ice cream that was really good. They sell it pretty much only at this coffee shop though and the flavours usually change often. Espresso Oreo is pretty good too.

A friend recently mentioned a friend of his who introduced him to pecorino romano and butter toffee pecan ice cream. Base of pecorino romano flavoured ice cream with butter toffee pecans strewn about.
So this friend made a batch of the ice cream from the recipe his friend gave him and brought it over for me to try.
HOLY FUCKING FUCK! It's really good. The cheese ice cream and butter toffee pecans go together so perfectly, it's mind-blowing.

This chocolate ice cream I made a while back... instead of using regular cream, I had half reg. cream and half Bailey's creamer (I needed to finish it off.)
