some water, about five malted milk balls, a serving of 'tater straws and some nasal spray.

don't fret, i'm roasting a pork shoulder for pulled pork sammiches later on.

the sauce is about done

it consists of an apple brunoise, 3/4c cider vinegar, 2/3c dark brown sugar, 1c light brown sugar, two tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1/2c fine prepared mustard, paprika to color, 1/4c water, a metal pan, fire and time.

it's really just the rub i used for the shoulder tweaked and blended into a basic carolina bbq saws.

the cayenne and red flakes can be adjusted to taste if you're a pussy.

Running the competition is a pretty straight-forward process. You plan the rounds and elimination order, let people do their thing and monitor the thread to address any questions/issues that come up. The only real time suck is tallying the scores and fielding emails. If you (or someone else) does it I'm sure there will be less angry emails to deal with since a considerable number of people hate me.

Why did you microwave them?
I was planning on doing these for breakfast, with some scrambled eggs.
I never thought of microwaving them.

Not the anon you were replying to, but the microwave works well if you need to quickly cook potatoes. You have to pierce the skin though so it doesn't explode.

2 bowls of oatmeal and one of those Boca burgers with mustard.
Was good enough. Nothing like 27g of protein to kickstart the day.

Had a fried egg boca burger (tomato basil) grilled cheese with a broken, cooked yolk and mustard/ketchup mixed between each melted cheese and bread slice.

Then I scrambled my second egg and heated up frozen waffles in a pan with some butter and dumped the scramble into the waffle squares. It was delicious.

leftover fried spam and green beans with rice + malt liquor

it's a couple days until payday so i raided the pantry + alcoholism

it's actually quite good, except for the malt liquor

I also put some valentina hot sauce on it, which is apparently good on everything.

Looks awesome moot but goat cheese is horrible stuff so that kind of ruined it for me.

My breakfasts are always either a yogurt, a banana, or if I ran out of those, enough coffee to hold me over until lunch. Not a morning person.

Thanks, moot, for making me feel inferior about even my breakfast eating. I must just be an unsophisticated neckbeard. Your breakfast looks wonderful. Compared to my normal pb&j or reese's puffs cereal that looks like a gordon ramsey breakfast.
