yeah , yeah, but altitude can make a big difference. My sister can make the best deviled eggs, or egg salad. aside from her recipe, I was trying to duplicate that at 3000 ft higher elevation.. water boils at about 212 f at sea level go up 3000 feet, it changes. I can only imagine what it is in Denver, because the curve rises sharply. at 10000 most humans will need supplemental o2. At 3000ft I have learned to let eggs boil and rest a bit longer. now I can get the shells off.. I still cannot make deviled eggs or potato salad as good as she can...
