Is it possible for me to make rallys/checkers style fries from regular frozen fries? I need this ;_;

Why not just buy their frozen fries?

No.

Use Tony Chachere's seasoning for a close taste resemblance. But you're not going to get anywhere near the texture or flavor of Rally's fries.

oh fuck, this is real? how close does it taste to the original? gotta get these when i'm done cutting

Yes its real and according to a review online its pretty close. Arby`s ones are almost exactly the same taste wise so I`d assume the checkers ones would be too.

How about you just experiment with what's in your cabinet, OP?

I had some, it's pretty much 100% taste wise but slightly crispier if you cook them with the oven. (The fries I get by the Rally's near me is slightly more soggy due to the grease but still bangin')

Fuck off with your marketing questions.

What's this... I guess you can guess from the answer that you're a fucking nigger with a socialigy or marketing degree, same shit.

rallys/checkers

What's that? By not knowing what that is you can surmise that I'm not a nigger and not living around niggers. But I can surmise that you are a nigger.

Piss off!

I can surmise that you are lowering the quality of this board drastically.

Rally's are the best fast food fries. Although nothing beats thick, crispy fries with malt vinegar.

Do you all not have a Wal-Mart? We've had this stuff - both the Arby's curly fries and Rally's fries - for over a couple years where I live. I've probably bought around 10 bags over the year, but I only make them when I can share with friends because they're so unhealthy. Speaking of that, deep fry them, DO NOT BAKE. They do not compare to the authentic Rally's fries if you bake them, mainly because they turn out soft/soggy. Deep frying will get that crispy exterior you desire, with the tender potato goodness inside.

I serve with fry sauce: 1/2c homemade mayo, 1/4c ketchup, dash of garlic powder, 1-2 tsp mild pickle juice (could use sharper tasting if that's your preference, just not mine)

>not being from a poor socioeconomic region in the South dominated by Wal-Mart

get on my level. fuck

I also grind about half a teaspoon of black pepper into it, but I really like black pepper. A small bit of cayenne is good too. So is paprika. You can play with the ratios, but don't get too out of control, it's a simple recipe where flavors match. Oh, and it will probably end up looking like pink goop no matter what. Still a tasty dip.

i dont know how you fuck up baking fries, but this doesnt happen to me. they turn out crispy and delicious when i bake them. maybe you should, you know, bake them longer. since that's how you get crispiness and all.
