I went to a restaurant of his in the Bahamas, some Mexican themed one.
It was pretty terrible. Not like inedible but just not very good.

Ordered calamari and steak with a chimichuri kind of sauce and the calamari was really heavy on the batter (should be an easy dish really) and the steak was really bland which is strange for what's usually a strong sauce.
Friend ordered the salmon and that was in some weird bbq sauce which he didn't even finish.

I went to his burger restaurant pretty soon after launch, it is not hard to cook a burger especially when that is literally all you do. It was just so bland, everything was fucking bland, its like they didnt season anything.
