pizzalaovenaphobia: the fear that your oven will never cook up the perfect pizza, no matter what time, temperature or position.

I put mine 5 minutes at top rack, and then 4 minutes on the middle back, which is too fucking close to the bottom.

ugh.

I make mine on the grill.

my oven isn't a wood-fired stone oven so no, it won't cook up the perfect pizza

>not boiling your pizza

as for OP, if you're having trouble making pizza in a regular oven, you should probably hang it up and call dominos or something...you're hopeless.

That pizza looks like my liver for christ's sake

You're one of those shy, sorry type who don't even dare to microwave a bowl of beans to reheat them from your mom's batch right?

Yeah.

home ovens don't get as ripping hot as restaurant ovens.. but there are ways to fix this.

move your rack to an upper middle position and put a pizza stone up there. set the oven to broil and let that stone get super hot. place pizza on stone, set oven as high as it will go.

don't even look at that pizza for 10 minutes.

This isn't a terrible idea, but make sure that the crust is pretty thin or it won't cook properly.

Looks like your oven heats really unevenly. You have nice charring on one side, but the other side looks almost raw.

Perhaps you should try to rotate the pan frequently while it bakes.

Possibly the ugliest pizza i've ever seen.

Do you even know what a circle is OP?

If it were cooked evenly, I'd say it's a pretty good looking pizza but I wouldn't sperg over its shape.
