What is the most disgusting thing you've done with left over food and you even survived?

The other day I got up in the morning and remembered that I had thrown out a chinese take-out container half eaten. It was chicken and broccoli and lo mein. It was in the trash over night. I took the container out of the trash and ate it. I live in Massachvsetts, so the temp got down to maybe 45 at night and was in the 60s by time I got to the food.

Ate it straight from the container without heating it up. Tasted good. Didn't get sick.

>Would do again

I do this a lot. Sometimes when I'm by a nice restaurant and the food looks good I'll wait a bit for someone to leave without finishing their meal and clean up the scraps.

Found out how little people care from my friend after he got a free bread bowl at Disneyland. Shit's expensive.

I've eaten some stuff off the ground with the whole 5 second rule when I was a kid. Even now when I know better, I still do it occasionally.

As for leftover food, I had some moldy bread and made a sandwich and ate around the moldy parts.
