Are double-decker burgers a thing of the past?

When's the last time you heard of a *new* double-decker burger coming out?

So order a Quarter Pounder with big mac sauce or something. I get several things with big mac sauce on it.

So that's what you call those.

I love the Big Mac, but they're small for the price. I can get a 1/2 lb. double cheeseburger from Wendy's for about a dollar more. McDonald's needs to price the Big Mac combo at $4 after tax. There's really no point in going if I'm going to get half as much meat for the same price. I don't care how different it tastes.

I wish a chain would actually attempt to make a decent burger. In-n-Out is about as close as it gets, it seems. Only the Texas chains, though. The West coast stores are full of gays and spics.

I think this looks sexy.

At fast food places, yes, or at least for quite a while. People are too worried about fast food as is and then you add the idea of an extra bun and the anti-carb, anti-glutens flip their shit.

I think for some time we are going to be looking at flatbread chicken type sandwiches etc. Stuff that makes people feel better about eating it even if it really isn't any better.

Do you have a good diner or a bar with good food nearby? A place where people aren't afraid of burgers and don't give a shit about gluten, there you will find new and exciting double decker foods.

That would be the Wendy's Baconator. A double burger slathered in bacon and more bacon

Double decker burgers are for restaurants compensating for tiny patties. Look how small that fucking patty is.

No, you idiot. A double decker has a center bun. The Baconator does not

There's no chefs at McDonald's, and there's nothing fucking wrong with a request. Only a piece of shit would get upset over someone wanting special sauce on a DIFFEREN'T burger. Maybe a liberal arts college major will even go as far as to say you're tainting the sanctity of the meat and deny your request, in any other restaurant with a special sauce. But most won't do it, because they actually care about the customer.
