I need foods that'll help me when I'm taking a shit. Lately it's been terrible, and fiber supplements like fiber choice don't do anything. The reason why I'm asking is because I'm "allergic" to a bunch of fresh fruits/vegetables, or I feel my throat itching or I feel like throwing up when I eat certain kinds. I think the only fruits I can tolerate are ones that are really ripe or really sour.

Limes
Grapefruit
Green apples
Dark leafy greens in a salad with a non dairy based dressing.

Carrots make me pretty regular. Just make sure you chew thoroughly if they're raw.

I mostly just eat chips and energy drinks, I pretty regularly get sores on my tongue and go through like 1/5 a roll of toilet paper every time..its like I'm digging mud out of a bottomless pit

It's because your bowels are rejecting that shit out of your body as if you had food poisoning.

Maybe if you stopped stuffing your fat gob with something other than cheetos and pizza you could down a cup or two of oat meal.

Fruits, vegetables, and grains will soften your poo. Meat will solidify it. High starch foods like pasta or potatoes will turn it into clay that smears to no end.

not a food, but strong black coffee is an excellent diuretic. Best one ive found, but thats just me.
actual foods, though, include cranberries, garlic, fennel, watermelon, brussel sprouts, asparagus, cabbage and celery, and thats only to name a few. You want to search for foods that are natural diuretics. Dont be afraid to try herbs and teas as well...try to stay away from chemical ones, they can fuck you up and actually make it harder for you to shit naturally the longer you are dependent on them.

Eat less meat.
Eat more whole grains.

FFS, it's not rocket science dude.

Regular exercise wouldn't hurt either -- hard to find a constipated fit person.

have a bowl of oatmeal every day
there are loads of different ways to make oatmeal
I regularly cook rolled oats in milk then add some brown sugar, cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup
or cook the rolled oats in apple juice and add some chunky peanut butter and brown sugar
or do the same things but with steel cut oats and you have quite the different tasting meal

then there's all the baked oatmeal you can make. the baked oatmeal recipes on budget bytes are fantastic. the baked pumpkin oatmeal is one of the best ways to have oatmeal. I add about a quarter tsp of cloves and it tastes just like a pumpkin pie.

oats are one of the best ways to keep yourself regular.

It's an actual thing. Search 'raw food allergy'. I was originally allergic to just walnuts, cashews and pecans, but then I developed an allergy to raw carrot, cucumber and snow peas. Shit fucking sucks since I love eating them fresh but now if I do my mouth itches like crazy.
