So I made dinner for my girlfriend tonight and was wondering how done you would say the steak is. Sorry for the shitty quality it was taken with my phone. I'll include the soup for shits and giggles.

Parmesan and Panko crusted tenderloin with a sour cream and chive mash and asparagus and basil goat-cheese soup.

Literally impossible to tell without knowing white balance. As shot it looks on the rare side though.

Looks rare to me.

To add it was also more pink IRL. Shitty iPhone makes it look more red.

I like my steaks rare quite often, and that one seems to be cooked a little bit past it. Seems more on the medium rare or even medium side to me.

The sear looks odd, what'd you season it with? Nice choice of beer though, had one for the first time a few weeks ago.

semi-coarse sea salt and black pepper. the top crust was a seasoned panko and grated parmesan cheese. I love my tröegs, the beer outlet around my area finally started carrying a decent variety.
