That stuff is salty as fuck, should've opted for the low sodium version.

I would cook half on low with some unsalted putter in the pan until it's crispy as fuck. Then fry an egg, put it on top, and enjoy it with runny yolk. Tomato and hot sauces optional but encouraged.

And remember to pepper the fuck out of it.

So basically pretend it's home fry?

Pretty much. That reminds me, I usually only like sriracha on chinese food, but squirting some on the top of home fries/corn beef hash while it's cooking is fucking delicious.

A couple of months ago there was a thread like this...
Anyway canned meat is often shit meat in my opinion.

It smells and (assumingly) tastes like cat food but I like the stuff.

>>4352020

murricans
buying food they don't even recognize just so they can get a deal on more food

There's only one way OP.
Cook for several minutes over med-high heat before turning to get a crust on the bottom. Turn it over, add half a chopped onion and several minced cloves of garlic... sautee for another 5-10 mins till onions are soft

Fry up some chopped garlic till crispy in a tbsp or two of oil or bacon grease.
Immediately add day old rice, and break it up. Turn down heat to med-low, and sautee stirring constantly for 5 mins.
Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Fry an egg or two, portion out hash and fried rice... put egg(s) on top of rice, finish off with a spicy vinegar.

>>4352071
Will try this too, I'm sure you could combine 3 and 2 and just make egg fried rice

Yeah, you can difinitely do that, but the runny yolk mixed with the rice and hash is the best.

If you can find it, use this for spiced vinegar. Asian/filipino stores should have it
