I've perfected how to make meatloaf to a win. Now I'm getting tired of making it. I like making meatloaf cause its very few ingredients and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, also easy to put together.
What other recipes are relatively easy to make?

If you can make a great meatloaf start with do some meatballs and pasta. Slow step but you could work on some sauces.

That would be a good start, thanks guy
I started making meatloaf to try cut out the carbs but adding some pasta would be an added bonus for other people I cook for

You could always not do the carbs and make a pesto or a white sauce to change up that same great meatloaf/meatball thing you are doing.

I was thinking to lighten it up I can cook brown rice for myself and cook spaghetti if there's company. I don't mind eating meatloaf on its own at all.

How do you mean pesto or white sauce? with pasta I'm assuming?

Say a little bit more about what you have to cook with.

A grill? just some pots and pans? A slow cooker? That will help.

I do have a crock pot but don't use. I prefer to cook with pots and pans or bake if necessary.

my top dishes are meatloaf, lasagna, fried chicken and pizza.

I have moose steaks in the fridge but have no idea what to do with em.

It's inspiring to read when someone works on a dish until they've perfected it. Good on you OP. These days I'm working on cream of chicken soup.

If you could post your meatloaf recipe that would be great. Everyone loves comfort food.

Agreed. I'd rather make three really solid dishes that I could market, than cook a bunch of mediocre food.

>"hey guise look what i made, it's beef wellington lol"
>looks like absolute shit

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Going to make meatloaf with egg and bacon this weekend.

Don't care if its fat, unhealthy, horrible, just want to try it.

Anybody got experience with this meal? Any tips for extra ingredients I should think about?

OP, maby you got some ideas?

I've always used a loaf pan because that's all I've ever seen. But a recent hunt for a few meatloaf recipes called for a flat baking sheet.

I'm going to try the no-pan route next time, but I'm wondering why it helps.

I'm betting it has something to do with it not sitting there boiling in its own grease.
