I'm looking for a mustard, not a glaze.

Anyone here have recipe for a homemade mustard with an apple base?

There's a regional grocer in my area called Woodman's that has the biggest selection I've ever seen from a grocery store. It has a double sided aisle that's literally all sauces/condiments, and then even more in the organic and ethnic food aisles.

It also probably has the largest liquor store that I've ever seen. I can buy a six pack a day and it would still probably take me a year or more to try all their beer.

Whenever I've been to grocery stores in European countries they usually have lots of different mustards, and not just mass-produced Kraft/French's ones.
