Er, how they feel*. The taste is fine, but it feels so weird and sticks to everything.

over easy is fine but over medium is vastly superior. i have a hell of a time hitting that perfectly gluey over medium sweet spot though.

Personally I like sunnyside up or softly poached. Well is just way too dry and overcooked for me. It's like eating a well done steak. Nothing against the people who like it.
