I decided to make boring, plain, olde pizza.

As far as boring goes, this one is a step up. Was my first time using that pizza tray there, too. The area is too large over the oven element, so the bottom was burnt a little. This doesn't happen when I make individual pizzas.

I'm fairly happy with the sauce, though. the dough was OK in texture but it's pretty bland in taste. Only proofed for like, the best part of a day and it was unbleached APF.

Pretty meh, but pizza is pizza.

Looks like a DiGiorno what someone made the center wet with milk before dumping huge pieces of onions all over at it and throwing it into an clearly non-preheated oven. Pizza is not your bag. Let's take a few culinary steps back and perfect your ramen before moving on to big boy foods.

You can't tell me you enjoy these blog threads. Sure, if you post something delicious you made and offer the recipe to us that is fine. Sure, if you post a failure you made and ask for advice that's also fine. But to just come here and say
>lel I made this, it was ok not great. btw not even giving the recipe or asking for advice just wanted to let my bffs on /ck/ know
sucks.

Not a good idea if he wants to improve his pizza results. It took me like 50 attempts before I arrived at what I consider to be delicious, regarding my home made pizzas. No recipe ever gave me the results I had to discover on my own, with MY appliances and devices. That had to be found through trial and error. You probably know that though huh, "chef"?

I agree with you on one thing though. It does look like DiGiorno. Fuck, I hate DiGiorno.

Goddamn, Sceak. GET IT TOGETHER, MAN.

I'm pretty conservative when it comes to pizza sauce.

>>4224240

Yeah, actually it does. I was looking at it and it reminded me of a frozen pizza. If it hadn't been for the sauce, it would've tasted like it, too.

>>4224246

I'm getting drunk as hell. Pizza is just a buffer between me and the booze.

>>4224247

Well it's an 80% dough with UBAPF, with a tomato sauce with olive oil and oregano, from whole stewed, with 20% mozzarella, yellow onion and shitty black olive slices.

I hope that helps.

>>4224273

Yeah, it's not even vegan and it's not even nutritionally constructed. It's just a stupid pizza. I wanted to make something else entirely, but like I said, I just didn't feel like roaming across town for all the ingredients.

The pizza looks OK, 5/10. Mushrooms would have been better with onions than olives. Something about the onion/olive combo seems bleh. I would eat though.

Looks alright, but I prefer to cut my onion into rings instead of large squares (aesthetics and texture). I also like to use kalmata olives (never canned).

Looks good, but the toppings are lacking. Marinated artichokes, lots of sliced garlic, oregano and basil, and maybe some broccoli would make it for me.

I'm getting drunk in QC too and would like that pizza right now.
