How about a restaurant that specialized in grilled sandwiches?

By which I mean ALL meats grilled. Not just beef or chicken. Ham steak sandwiches. Pork chop sandwiches. Grilled fish. Hell even grilled turkey. God just imagine walking in and ordering a fucking pork chop sandwich. Or a thick glazed ham steak sandwich.

Pic not related.

Would be awesome. It has to be in the right spot at the right price, though. With Subways and other cheap chain sammich shops all over the place, you'd have to keep the price in check. Consider what the customer has to do:

Park
Wait in line
Wait longer than usual for you to grill up the meat

In a heavily metropolitan area, these are hard to convince people to do. Needs to be fast and cheap. That will be tough considering the quality you suggest. In which case, higher quality/higher price would mean a more upscale place. To pull that off, you'd need to be located in a high foot-traffic environment. ie downtown, where people don't drive and their offices are in high rises all around you.

Your reading comprehension kinda sucks, doesn't it? He listed parking, etc, and then said that it WASN'T possible in a metropolitan area.

That isn't what he said. Teach the controversy, friend. You might have more success than teaching reading.

Maybe I just go to expensive places, but 11 bucks for a sandwich seems like a mid-level price.

After a divorce from my father, my mother found a job in Ohio. When I went to visit her, I told her to tell everyone that she was born and raised in Ohio. She asked me why. I told her that people would never know you were dumb enough to move here.

Been done already... If you live around Chicago, you're in luck.

Weber Grill Restaurant (yes tied in with the brand of grills you can buy from the store). Virtually everything they cook is done on giant charcoal grills. Yes, all charcoal. Most people assume they are gas grills decorated to look like charcoal, but it is legit charcoal. Their desserts (like bananas foster) are also cooked on the grills.

It is a tad bit pricey, but worth it for special occasions imo.

Inded. Looks like she could use some protein.

I could provide her with a lot of it, roughly one teaspoon at a time.
