The only seeds I eat now are Dakota Style brand sunflower seeds. They are huge seeds, don't cost much, and are really flavorful. Has anyone tried them? Highly recommended....

What brand do you eat and why?

I-I have a confession. I just eat the seeds whole - shell and all. I don't bother to bite the shell and spit it out. Just pop like 10 in my mouth, chew for a while, enjoy that salty goodness, and swallow.
Did this with a whole bag, and my shits for 2 days were very painful. VERY painful.

Perfect dill flavor with no powdery seasoning, big seeds, never any bad seeds, rarely shell pieces, grown instate, and roasted 20 min from my house.

I have seen those at Wally World, OP. They were cheap as shit, but if I want plain seeds, I'll go to Sprouts and buy in bulk.
