I made a poached egg for the first time recently, and fucked it up royally, nailed it on the second try, and it was gud.

Only time I've ever had poached egg otherwise was back when I was dating a british girl, and visiting her parents.

Ketchup on eggs is a graver crime than ketchup on a steak.

Scrambled for tacos and burritos, sunny side up on toast, sandwiches or on the side of a steak/ham steak. Huevos rancheros can go either way. Hard boiled for egg/tuna salad and deviled eggs.

None are superior, all have their places.
