Alright, fist question: Whats your relationship with smokers? Does anyone of you smoke?

Second, and as a non agitating question, have you made any creations yourself, and of so, ever posted them here?

I smoke, as do a few other cooks and dishwashers. We have a marked area near the emergency generator where we can smoke, designated by a orange box painted on the ground. Smoking is accepted but looked down upon by the Chef.

I am relatively new, but I am working on Thai fish two ways, red and green curry, with thai green papaya salad.

We had shepherds pie for staff meal today, close enough to meatloaf. Sous Chef brought subway LOL.

I don't smoke, I don't care if people smoke so long as I don't have their smoke in my face.

I invented my own fruit loaf that uses curry powder and dried onion flakes and cranberries and walnuts.

How many tables do you serve per night on average?

Well the resort only has 30 rooms, so the most we have ever had was 93 guests sitting. Had a 16 top tonight, that was fun.

What is the best dish on the menu?

That can be your opinion or just the general public opinion.

I'd have to say the fried duck wings with Malaysian BBq sauce.

Either that or Elk filet with blue corn polenta.
