>> No.4161506

I say, "zoo-shee-knee".

I dunno, that is how it is spelled and how my family says it I guess. Never thought about it before

Judging by you tripfagging and misusing "literally", I can confirm you're a retard.

I am Canadian, I say "zoo-key-knee", everyone I've ever met in Canada who has said the word has pronounced it the same way.

>> No.4161542

>>4161511
It felt similar to the feeling you get when you try to push open a door that only opens inward. I literally felt a bit more retarded after saying it like that.

canadafag here. This.

Heck, apart from the Brits, whom no one can understand, I didn't know other people pronounced this differently.

>> No.4162271

zucchini is italian so you pronounce it as tsu-CHEE-knee

courgette is french so you pronounce is at kur-JETT

sadly english has no way to correctly pronounce a french G but a J comes closest

>> No.4162299

courgette

>> No.4162307

>>4162271
that's literally not true at all. it's a hard k sound, people actually generally get this one right. unlike bruschetta....
