I'll bump with a story, untill someone comes in with the right answer. I'll get the pickled cheap pepperochinis, pour off 1/2 the liquor, stuff the jar with a few garlic cloves, some diced onion, try some dill in ther, and a spoonful of pickling spices. fill up the jar with vinegar and put in the fridge for a week. open em eat ont, maybe they'll have to sit in there andother 2 or 3 weeks
