one of my favorites is really simple

Tomato
Chopped Fresh Basil
Swiss

Put the swiss on some bread and butter in a pan. Slap the bread in there and cover it with a small splash of water to steam and melt the cheese a bit. Uncover and let it crisp up, then add the tomato and then basil, top, butter the pan again and flip. Get it just to crispy and then fuck you have an awesome sammich
