If you don't have a fresh pain au chocolat with a cup of hot coffee in the morning, you're missing something. The combination is just so godly, I always look forward to breakfast before going to sleep. Even if I have the same thing everyday, it's my favourite meal of the day and never skip it.

I prefer chocolate milk, but then again I feel like I'm still a child inside.

I'd be starving in an hour after that breakfast

I don't remember the first time I had a pain au chocolat. I was probably a toddler. It's just pain a chocolat, not some obscure intricate dish for fuck's sake.

I used to grab his exact breakfast from my local Target store when I worked early mornings near one. It was very delicious. These days my ideal breakfast is black coffee with a spinach and egg scramble. That pic brought me a little nostalgia though OP, good post.

Seems to have struck a chord. It must be true.

I had that breakfast when I was in Paris, it tasted nice, but was in no way a breakfast I'm used too. I was hungry within 30 minutes really. Might be that my normal breakfast routine consists of 2-3 plates of porridge with almonds.

All of my want.
I hope to be able to afford cooking pans again next year.
I will make nice dairy free baked goods again.
Thanks for the pleasant reminder
