I have two vacuum sealed tilapia what should i do? I have a grill an oven and a stove that i can use
I will be eating it with cream cheese spinach and broccoli

Cut out of package. Defrost by letting sit in room temp water for 15ish minutes. Pat dry. Salt/pepper both sides lightly. Pat some flour onto both sides lightly. Pan fry or bake. Squeeze lime over it. Success.

Tilapia is actually one of the least healthy fish. It has low levels of omega-3 and high levels of omega-6.

It is a garbage fish and the conditions it is reared in make it even worse.
