I went to Italy in high school (not Naples) and had pizza. It was really rather bland, the crust tasted just like crackers and the sauce was not much more than minced tomato. Hardly any cheese. What I was really impressed by was these hushpuppy-like dough balls they fried up as sides, I really really wish I knew how they made them, I suspected there was kelp in the batter? Questions I have: What kind of starter do they use? Do they use a warm or cold rise? Do they let their dough ferment? Is their cheese made properly? Do they cook the pizzas very fast? Do they spread the pizzas out by hand, or do they abuse them with rolling pins or some other form of compression? Do they use cubes, slices, or shredded cheese? Do they cook their sauce before they put it on the pizza( big no no)? Do they put olive oil in their dough? ( again, big no no) Do they make sure they rid their tomatoes of the tinny taste? Do they hand crush then, or at least use a rough blender? Do they pass it through a strainer?

Seriously, just because you import a bunch of ingredients ( not necessarily the best thing to do) doesn't mean it's proper pizza.

Also, I looked up their reviews online and it's pretty subpar. I /am/ from Naples. A high hydration dough does not wet pizza make. You're confusing two completely different, unrelated matters. I grew up with this stuff my /entire/ life. You're some armchair expert who's never experienced firsthand what he's waxing on at his desk pretending to know about.

Pizza napoletana is thin and very similar to naan in that the textures are quite similar: dry, not heavily salted, darkened exteriors and so on. I've yet to see a single English-language recipe that's even remotely close to what our pizza dough is.
As for pizza itself: there's more to pizza in Italy than Neapolitan-style. There's schiacciata, for example. There's Roman-style. American-style pizza is even popular throughout the country as is that thin cracker-like German variation.
Keep experiencing life secondhand through wikipedia, blogs and websites, though, and pretending to know how things are outside of your 'pooter screen.
