Flan Anonymous Mon Nov 5 22:38:32 2012 No.3980863 [DELETED]

Tried making some flan today. Followed the directions to the "T" but it hasn't cooked or curdled right. I've had it in a 200 degree water bath for well over an hour now and it's still as runny as first mixing. Any tips or suggestions?
