But flour tortillas ARE good. They aren't as good as corn tortillas but they are still pretty good. As soon as you can make me a worthy burrito or quesadilla with corn tortillas then I'll stop using flour. Corn for tacos, enchiladas and tostatadas, flour for burritos and quesadillas.
