Wild Wings isn't that good, or that bad

I highly recommend Buffalo Wings and Rings, though. totally blows BWW out of the water, in choice and quality. The only bad part is they don't have carrot sticks.

Philly here, we just got our first Unos and a BWW and people seem to fuckin hate both. They have their niche, and I like them both, but I doubt they will last past xmas.

I like unos Chicago deepdish quite a bit. The supermarket variety isn't that bad either. I live an hour north of NYC so there are a lot of Italians and a lot of New York Style joints. It is hit and miss with them. Some good and some very bland.

Gimmicky menu and expensive, but its all good quality and quite a few ways you can customize your burger or dip fries because of all the ingredients. Its kind of like Cheeburger Cheeburger. You pay extra for selection. If you only need lettuce and tomato as toppings, its not worth the $.

I will say that the food they give you looks closer to the pic in the menu than any other burger place.

I'd like to try Cheeburger Cheeburger, Checkers, and Fatburger.

RR is my favorite "restaurant" for a burger. Their bottomless fries come with the price of the $10 burger so it's worth it. I get the guacamole bacon burger and they offer well-done or "a little pink" on the meat doneness. Most of their beverages are bottomless as well so if you're the type of person that can just keep eating then it'll be worth it.

I keep hearing how Whataburger's great and that tickles my fancy, but there are none here in California.

I'm an hour s/w of NYC and its exact same here. Where I used to live it took no time at all to try all the italian places in the area and figure out what is good. Would take me the rest of my life to do that here. The review sites seem to be of little help. People are sentimental about their "favorite" place to give an unbiased opinion.

I think you are making this up. Those buns are the wettest in the industry, and they don't make crave cases in advance, so it wasn't sitting around.

If I were eating white castle for the first time and split a fuggin box of THIRTY (30), I would have went away having not enjoyed the experience. I farted myself silly the first 10 times... I think you have to develop a special ecology in you colon to be able to tolerate them.

A Chicken Express less than 40 minutes away would be pretty nice. There was one right up the street when living w the parents. It's not as good as say Raising Cain's or Chik fil A, but when you've got a group of folks over sometimes there is nothing better than getting a big box of chicken strips, some white gravy and a gallon of that awesome Express tea.

There's this place at Louisiana that has a handful of the places mentioned here. Haven't thought to try out all of them.

I went to a Zaxby's and Chipotle once in Tennessee. They were both pretty good.

I live in West Virginia and we have shit here except for 10 million McDonald's and the typical fast food joints you see everywhere. Everybody here is so fat you'd think we would see these places pop up, but nope. At least we have some kickass local chains like Tudor's Biscuit World and Giovanni's Pizza.

Is Chipotle the same as Q'doba (question for everyone really)? I went to Q'doba in Knoxville and thought I was in hog heaven but was told later that Chipotle was the same but better ingredients.

There is a Chipotle 30min away but every time I go up there I end up going to Papa Gyros or Sarku Japan (forgot about these 2).

It's a regional pizza chain in Texas. The only pizza buffet in my town is Cici's, and all of their stuff is mediocre. Then DD opened. I loved them. Then they closed. Apparently, everyone else preferred Cici's bland pizza, smaller dessert selection, and lack of pepperoni rolls.

Eh, I live within reasonable driving distance of plenty of food chains. I just wish a legit small restaurant would open here. We either have plate-lunch style places (people that over-estimate their culinary talent) or expensive places that probably wouldn't serve my black ass.

It's a fun atmosphere though, and my local Buffalo Wild Wings is beside the movie theater, so all we have to do after drinking at Buffalo Wild Wings, is walk next door. We had an UNOs once. The pizza made me shit a brick. Never went there a again. It's a Sticky Fingers now. It just goes to show that it was probably a bad idea to open a Chicago style pizza place in the south. It'll just get replaced by ribs and BBQ.

I think it depends a lot on where you live. BWW's wing deals aren't good for me because there are a substantial amount of bars that have wing nights with much better quality for a lower price and cheaper beer too. Of course there are also 100 bars with wing specials that serve godawful wings, but those can easily be weeded out with one visit or a little bit of research. However, I could see myself frequenting a place like BWW's if my options were limited.

when i lived in Hawaii, i was upset at the lack of good Mexican food. i understood it, not many Mexicans make their way out into the central Pacific. Coming from Southern California it was to be expected.
