I bought a ten pound can of tuna, thinking it would save money and we'd just eat tuna for awhile, but it's day seven and I feel nauseated at the thought.
Any experience with freezing tuna salad?
I can't have dairy products, so I can't make a casserole.

Replace the dairy products with their soy equivalents.

I may have to give that a try, although if I will be alone eating it for awhile because my mom doesn't like all of that "hippie crap."

Just freeze the tuna itself.
I've never tried freezing mayo but something in my hind brain says don't do it.

Put stuffing in the bottom of a casserole dish
Top with Tuna, peas, and some chicken gravy

well see, it's already tuna salad.
If I rinse it off I'd be in trouble.
I guess I'll go eat some with carrots and apple slices while I browse 4chen.

OP, can you perhaps give us the specifics on why you can't have dairy?

What I once heard was that there are some people who can't have dairy products that come from cows. Apparently there are people who are just fine from consuming goat dairy.

Once again, I have no idea what kind of lactose intolerance you have, but it's worth looking into.

Due to my genetics I suppose, I can't even eat one serving of anything without balling up into the fetal position with pain.
When I was younger, I thought it was normal to always have some sort of stomach malady.
After finding 4chan and learning more about food, I realized it wasn't a normal feel and have been so happy since. It's been about 4 years. :)

Where you implying you would have, baring the dairy issue, make a casserole out of prepared tuna salad?

sure, why not? rice or some sort of noodle would help absorb the fat.
I'm so tired of it, but I've lost a little weight and that's pretty neato.

Have parents that never tell you anything useful about your body and are largely absent.

I'm sorry, I don't know that extreme but I was raised by already "old" parents that would forget to make enough food since they were on old person portions already. I went many a time hungry until I moved out. There wasn't even enough to cook myself since they planned it precisely to not have to go to the groceries constantly. I used to have panic attacks when I'd go to friends' houses and we'd have dinner. I felt so guilty in being happy I wasn't able to socially dine out with friends until I met my husband

I was surrounded by family and peers that had lactose intolerance, but it was always regarded as something of a joke, because everyone still drank milk and ate pizza and pooped violently afterwards. Plain old stupidity, you are correct.
I guess I just plain old never considered that I could just stop eating all of that stuff and not be looked at like a crazy person.

Thoughtless, they always felt bad but would forget the very next time. I come from old world minded hispanics the kind for example:
Woman- " OH MY GOD I TASTED THE FOOD BEFORE I FED MY HUSBAND! I'M THE MOST HORRIBLE WOMAN EVER, HOW DARE I BE HUNGRY WHEN HE'S NOT AROUND I MUST WAIT UNTIL HE COMES HOME IN 4 HOURS EVEN THOUGH I'M HUNGRY NOW"
So it was mostly, "has your father eaten?" if it was no, I was quickly forgotten to her in preparation to make something for him. Sucks, I rebelled from time to time, misdirected anger mind you but all I could do was learn from it and make sure my kids never go hungry, not over-feed but make sure they grow up with a healthy diet and know they never have to go hungry for convenience sake
